Thanks for visiting Human Performance Junkies! This website started off as a running word document that I would pass off to friends and family when they would ask about diet or supplements. As this website grows, I am hoping to have every supplement, protocol, or diet you can dream up. Please let me know in the contact form if there something you want to learn more about!

My Story
I began exercising at a very young age and immediately found joy in optimizing my diet, exercise, and sleep schedule to attain the happiest and healthiest version of myself. When I obtained my personal trainer certification at 20, I started researching not only for my clients but also for family and friends. I noticed the overwhelming noise online and began sifting through it. Throughout college and my career as a Defense Contractor, I compiled a list of trustworthy articles, experts, and products. This turned into a document I shared with loved ones. Realizing this effort should be accessible to everyone, I created Human Performance Junkies with hundreds of supplements, diets, workout routines and a whole library of experts to help you find just what you are looking for. My goal is to be a library of reliable information for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.
This is one of my favorite memories from my time in Ghana. Every morning at the local gym, we would come together to pray before working out. It wasn’t just about fitness; it was about unity, faith, and putting the day’s challenges into perspective. These incredible people welcomed me with open arms, making me feel like part of their family. I'll forever cherish these moments where, regardless of cultural differences and background, we were able to unite through faith and fitness.

As a Colorado native, I've always been active & on the go. Being a competitive gymnast for 12 years, a varsity golfer, an avid hiker and now latin dancer, I always strive to keep my body and mind in top shape so I can experience the most vibrancy in daily life.

In 2018 I moved to China for a couple years while applying to medical school. Having spent my whole career and undergraduate degree in medicine, I knew health and wellness were my passion. During my time in Asia, I discovered that true health encompasses far more than eating well and exercising.
Since then, I've expanded my definition of health to include community engagement, social connection and having a purpose rooted in service. With this holistic perspective, I've joined Human Performance Junkies on the mission of furthering education of health and wealth. By providing an array of easily accessible & reliable resources, we are here to impact the world in making it a healthier and happier place.
